WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Little Butterfly Kiss ships most in-stock items within 2-3 days of purchase. Please note that many of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. The approximate delivery time and shipping costs will be noted in the product description. In the event that an item you ordered has been back ordered, we will notify you prior to processing your order. At that time you will be able to choose to either proceed with your order or to cancel it. Due to the fact that some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, an order containing multiple items may be delivered in more than one shipment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We typically ship via UPS or DHL. If ;you are interested in 2nd day air or overnight shipping, you can choose this method of shipping during the check out process and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please remember that most in-stock items ship with 2-3 days of purchase.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

Little Butterfly Kiss will gladly give you a refund or exchange on most items if you return the item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase. All returns will incure a 10% restock fee. Items that are returned after 30 days of purchase will be issued a store credit. Items that cannot be returned include personalized and final sale items, which will always be noted in the item description.

If you need to return an item, please contact us first to obtain a return authorization number, which you must include with your package. Returns that are received without a return authorization number will not be processed and will be returned to the sender. Once an authorized return is received by Little Butterfly Kiss, a credit will be issued in the amount of the purchase, less any promotional discounts or shipping costs.

DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?

Unless you live in the State of Arizona, there will be no sales tax. For Arizona residents, 7.95% sales tax will be added to your order.

HOW DO I USE MY COUPON/VOUCHER CODE?

If you have a coupon code to use, the code must be entered on the “Shopping Bag” page, under coupon code. Follow the instructions by clicking on "Apply" to get your total. Only one coupon code may be used per order. If you experience problems with a coupon code, simply note the code during checkout in the "Order Comments" box and we will make sure that it gets applied.
